Sonoma County’s best bowl of ramen began as a once-a-month pop-up, but soon the crowds of noodle fans demanded founders Matthew and Moishe open their own place. So they did. Ramen Gaijin is open five days a week and is almost always packed. In addition to their signature shoyu ramen, the lively restaurant serves an expansive menu of locally-inspired Japanese food and inventive cocktails.
